About Tara

Born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, I moved to Bigfork with my husband in 2011. My husband, Chris, was raised in the Flathead Valley. He owns a successful outfitting business here. First licensed in real estate in 1999 in North Carolina, my enthusiasm runs deep. I love lacing up my boots and trekking the land as much as I love removing my shoes and walking through homes of all sizes. My career in real estate led me to study general construction, and I became a licensed General Building Contractor in North Carolina in 2003. Next to my love for real estate, I am also an avid hunter and angler. From admiring the beauty of native cutthroat trout rising in our local rivers, to chasing tarpon and permit on tropical saltwater flats, I love being on the water and on the other end of the line. In the fall, nothing beats hearing the bugle of a bull elk on a quiet, dark morning. Your cup will always be full when you consider the opportunities this great area has to offer!
