Those values define Highland Premiere, the firm she co-founded in 2014, but Vivian has been providing her innovative concierge service based on them since 2007. With extensive experience in luxury residential sales, new construction, and relocation, she specializes in helping foreign investors, developers, and high-net-worth young professionals navigate the market. Vivian covers both the California and Montana markets, helping clients buy and sell primary residences, vacation homes, and investment properties across a range of landscapes—from the dynamic urban hubs of Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area to serene retreats across the Gallatin Valley. Regardless of location, she values the opportunity to share her expertise with all clients, working diligently to ensure their success and happiness.
Born and raised in Los Angeles by a mother who is a lighting architect and interior designer, Vivian has been exposed to beautiful homes since childhood. Her passion for real estate sales was sparked when she worked in the luxury properties division at Christie’s Auction House, where she decided brokering high-end properties would be her next career move. Now, she leverages her deep market knowledge and vast network to give her clients a competitive edge, whether in California’s fast-moving real estate landscape or Montana’s expansive and sought-after properties. Additionally, Vivian is a seasoned flipper and builder, with a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.
Vivian holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and art history from U.C. Davis and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business (USC). She is fluent in Korean and actively mentors young women breaking business barriers through several USC programs. In her free time, she enjoys painting, Pilates, traveling, and spending quality time with her son, Harrison, her husband, Matthew, and their two rescue dogs, Rosie and Ivy.
