About Julie
Julie Birgenheier has lived real estate nearly her whole life. She started filling in as secretary in middle school and later did the books during Dale Gillespie’s ownership. She was licensed in 1984 and has been working as a licensed agent ever since. She was very involved when her mother Cynthia Bryan bought the business from Dale Gillespie.
Julie brings 34 years of sales experience. She is a graduate of Paxson, Hellgate High School and the University of Montana with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. She has raised her two children here in Missoula and is very proud to be a part of the community
In addition to having her Brokers License and selling Julie is also the Closing Coordinator on all pending transactions. She works closely with the title company, lenders, inspectors, buyers, sellers and other agents to make sure the details are addressed.
