Gary has been awarded the Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award for being in the top 1% of the National Berkshire Hathaway Sales since 2016. In 2022 Gary received the 15 year Legend Award for 15 years of receiving the Chairman's Circle Awards. Gary learned the real estate business from a real pro, his mother Cynthia Bryan. Gary has earned the respect of clients and other industry professionals alike. Gary offers in-depth knowledge of new construction, land development, commercial sales, residential and relocation. As a past owner of the company, Gary was involved in the training of new agents and still helps with this to date. Gary loves to golf and is a big fan of the Montana Grizzlies. Married to wife, Janine they have two children, Addie and Connor and one grandchild, Henrik. Gary enjoys playing basketball, golf, and attending Grizzly football and basketball games.
