I got my start in real estate selling newly constructed homes for a general contractor. This gave me a thorough understanding of current construction practices. Since then I have grown my business to represent every type of client there is - first time home buyers, investors, down-sizers, business owners, and more. I’m now in the top 3% of agents in Berkshire Hathaway’s national network in terms of sales volume. However, I am most proud of the testimonials that past clients have written for me. This further illustrates my ultimate goal is the complete satisfaction of my clients, not simply just another sale. I have a BA in Philosophy which instilled in me an analytical way of thinking. This skill is particularly helpful in safeguarding my client’s best interests through the writing and interpreting of contracts, in addition to assessing market trends, and home valuations. In short, thinking deeper is my business strategy ;)
